1. Pre-launch status
Channel is in a seed / pre-launch phase. The protocol, wallet software, SDK, and related products described on this site may be incomplete, change without notice, or never be released. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to invest except where explicitly stated on our investor interest form.
2. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Information on this site is for general informational purposes only. Channel does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any protocol, token, or payment activity and for complying with laws that apply to you.
3. Non-custodial protocol
Channel is designed as a non-custodial payment protocol. We do not take custody of user funds or private keys. You are responsible for securing your wallets, recovery phrases, and signed authorizations. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Services without permission
- Submitting false or misleading information through forms or community channels
- Using the Services for fraud, money laundering, or other harmful activity
5. Community & third-party links

The Channel name, branding, website content, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Open-source components may be available under separate licenses. You may not use our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANNEL AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
