If you submit our investor interest form, we may collect your name, email address, optional Telegram or X (Twitter) handles, firm or organization, role, investor type, optional check size, messages about your interest, how you can help beyond capital, and how you heard about us.
Community channels. If you interact with us on Telegram or X (Twitter), those platforms may collect information according to their own policies. We may see your public profile information and messages you send in those channels.
Automatic data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not use invasive tracking for advertising.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Review and respond to investor interest submissions
- Communicate with you about Channel, including launch updates
- Operate, secure, and improve the website

3. How we store & protect data
Investor interest submissions are stored in a Google Sheet managed by our team (Google Workspace). Google processes this data under their terms and privacy policy. We use reasonable measures to limit access to that sheet, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
4. Sharing
We may share information only:
- With service providers who help us host or operate the website, under confidentiality obligations
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Channel, our users, or others
On-chain wallet activity is public by nature of blockchain networks and is not controlled by this policy.
5. Retention
We retain investor interest submissions for as long as needed to evaluate partnerships and maintain reasonable business records, unless you ask us to delete your information sooner and we are not required to retain it.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through the investor form by contacting us via Telegram or X. You can leave community channels at any time.
7. International users
If you access the Services from outside your home country, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Material changes may also be announced through our community channels.
